The environment is ever changing and many things are out of our control, but we can minimize how we will be affected by being active and involved in our community. Start the New Year with a resolution to attend CRC chapter meetings and/or other retiree groups. Get others to go with you. Not only will you have fun meeting others but you may learn and help each other by sharing common problems and your unique solutions. Things are changing faster each year, getting together helps you keep up to date.

Staying Healthy at 50+
You can take action to stay healthy by following daily steps to good health, getting screening tests (standard tests to look for signs of particular diseases), and taking medicines to prevent disease. This chart tells you what to do and when.

BALANCE for Good Health
Living effectively in today's environment and facing tomorrow's challenges requires resiliency. BALANCE for Good Health is a year-long Dow Health Services program to help you build valuable resiliency skills. Dow, UCC, and DAS retirees and retiree spouses/partners/surviving spouses are invited to participate in this free program.
