Here is a pic of the W2QMS cup from Seadrift. Yes, W2 was What and Where. It took longer than QMS (Quality Management System?) to launch. Since it took longer we started calling it W3 for What, Where, and When. Buff would know more about the bank building work but that is where the W2QMS team was located during the project.
